Shipping policy

Your Order will be dispatched using a UK Royal Mail Service or a DHL Express Service.  Next Day orders must be placed before 11 am to guarantee a next day delivery and will be dispatched using DHL or Royal Mail's Next Day delivery service.

Please note: The Cockatoo office is not open on Saturday and Sunday. Any orders placed after 11am on a Friday will NOT be posted until the Monday. Please bear this in mind if ordering anything on a next day delivery after 11 am on a Friday afternoon. But if you are desperate for a next day Saturday delivery please email us on cockatooboutique@gmail.com and we will try our best to help and get it out faster for you, but please be aware that we may need to charge more for shipping if the costs are higher for a guaranteed Saturday delivery.
